Payment Guidelines
- Bank Processing Fees: Charges on Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking transactions are levied directly by the bank. The school does not collect or benefit from these fees.
- UPI Charges (IDBI Bank Terms): UPI transactions are processed through our banking partner, IDBI Bank. Any charge or fee applied by IDBI Bank or your UPI app provider is as per their own terms and conditions. The school has no control over, and is not responsible for, any such charges deducted during a UPI transaction.
- Refunds for Failed Transactions: If an amount is deducted but no receipt is generated, it is auto-refunded by the bank within 5–7 working days.
- Keep Your Receipt: Save or download your payment receipt right after a successful transaction for your records.
Important: UPI payment charges, if any, are levied as per IDBI Bank's policy and are beyond the school's control. Bhakt English Medium School shall not be held responsible for any charges deducted by IDBI Bank or your payment app during the transaction.
