Before you pay
About bank and UPI charges
Charges on cards, net banking or UPI are applied by the bank (IDBI Bank for UPI) or your payment app, under their own terms. The school does not collect or receive them and cannot change them. Check your app for any charge before you confirm.
- Money deducted, no receipt? The bank refunds it automatically within 5 to 7 working days.
- Save your receipt as soon as the payment succeeds.
Common questions
Is it safe to pay online here?
Yes. Payments go through an encrypted gateway, and the school never stores your card or bank details.
My money was deducted but I got no receipt. What now?
The bank refunds it automatically within 5 to 7 working days. If it has not arrived after that, call the helpdesk below.
Will I be charged extra for UPI?
Any charge is applied by IDBI Bank or your UPI app, not by the school. Your app shows it before you confirm.
